Description: Open to Mandarin speakers to support the Taiwan market.

Location: Petaling Jaya

Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound calls and dealing with issues faced by customers regarding services provided by the company.
  • Communicate with customers via Email and provide accurate information.
  • Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements.

Requirements:

  • Able to read Traditional Mandarin, and speak and write Simplified Mandarin.
  • Willing to work on rotational shifts, including Morning, Afternoon, and Night shifts.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • SPM/UEC/IGCSE leavers and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
