Description: Open to Mandarin speakers to support the Taiwan market.
Location: Petaling Jaya
Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound calls and dealing with issues faced by customers regarding services provided by the company.
- Communicate with customers via Email and provide accurate information.
- Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements.
Requirements:
- Able to read Traditional Mandarin, and speak and write Simplified Mandarin.
- Willing to work on rotational shifts, including Morning, Afternoon, and Night shifts.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- SPM/UEC/IGCSE leavers and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
