The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be involved in the end-to-end recruitment process — from understanding hiring needs to supporting candidates through their job journey.

This role goes beyond posting jobs. You’ll learn how to assess people, communicate clearly with both clients and candidates, and deliver outcomes they can trust.

You’ll be supported, trained, and given room to grow — while being guided by clear expectations and realistic performance goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: Take ownership of the full hiring process — from understanding client needs to successful placements.
  • Create and manage job ads: Write, publish, and manage job ads across job portals and social platforms.
  • Source and engage candidates: Actively source candidates via portals, social media, databases, and referrals.
  • Screen and interview candidates: Assess candidates’ suitability, motivation, and role fit through screening calls or interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-ups: Arrange interviews and manage communication between clients and candidates.
  • Guide candidates through the process: Prepare candidates for interviews and support them throughout the hiring journey.
  • Track progress and share updates: Maintain clear records and share updates, challenges, or insights with the team.

  • 1 – 5 years of experience in recruitment or relevant field
  • Experience with recruitment agency is preferred
  • Able to manage time and priorities effectively
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong sense of accountability
  • Team-first attitude — we win together, not in silos
  • Mandarin proficiency is required due to the nature of certain assignments
