– Position: Inbound Customer Service

– Working Hour: 9 hours per day (Will 24 hours shifted based)

– Location: Maluri, Cheras

– Nearest Public Transport: MRT Maluri Station

– Type of Employment: Full Time Permanent



  1. Replying all emails and also live-chatting pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback and other raising issue related to the company’s products.
  2. To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service and accurate information.
  3.  Handling responsibility with 90% of replying email  or live-chatting and 10% of in-bounding call to customer.


  1. Age: 20-35
  2. Gender: Male // Female
  3. Race: Chinese only
  4. Language: Mandarin (8/10), English (5/10),
  5. Need to know read and type Traditional Chinese Word (繁体字)*
  6. Qualification: at least SPM
  7. Working Experiences: fresh graduate are willing to apply
  8. Required skills: MS Word and MS Excel.
