- Replying all emails and also live-chatting pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback and other raising issue related to the company’s products.
- To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service and accurate information.
- Handling responsibility with 90% of replying email or live-chatting and 10% of in-bounding call to customer.
- Age: 20-35

- Race: Chinese only
- Language: Mandarin (8/10), English (5/10),
- Need to know read and type Traditional Chinese Word (繁体字)*
- Qualification: at least SPM
- Working Experiences: fresh graduate are willing to apply
