The Role

We are hiring a bilingual Customer Service Specialist to support a leading online travel platform. This role suits individuals who are comfortable handling customer enquiries, resolving travel-related issues, and maintaining high service standards in a structured, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Support booking and travel issues, including reservations, cancellations, amendments, and refunds
  • Accurately document customer interactions and follow-up actions in internal systems
  • Meet individual service quality and performance expectations in line with service standards
  • Apply company policies and procedures consistently across all customer interactions
  • Protect customer data and maintain strict confidentiality at all times

  • Education: Minimum SPM qualification. Diploma or higher is an advantage.
