Position: Customer Service
Type of Employment: Full time

Working Location: Nusa Jaya Medini 7, Johor Bahru
Working day: 6 day per week

Working time: 24hrs rotated shift
Salary: RM3, 200 – RM3, 400
– KPI allowances: RM300

– Night Shift Allowance: RM 300

– OT

General Requirement:
Age: 18-35
Gender: Male / Female
Language: Cantonese, Mandarin, English
Education level:
at least SPM
Experience : Fresh grade accepted

Detailed requirement:
i) Native speaking in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
ii) Active in conversation

Job Scope

  1. Handing the raised flag issues (to alert someone about a potential danger or trouble ahead);
  2. Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints,
    comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company’s products.
  3. To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service and accurate Information.
  4. Help client to arrange the documents and the verification of the documents.
  5. Work in a term to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
