Description:  Hiring for Mandarin speaker to handle SG/ TW market (5 days working) 

Responsibilities:  

  • Handling inbound calls that responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues or concerns  
  • Providing accurate information about the products or services to customers 
  • Replying customer complaints and finding solutions to ensure customer satisfaction through email 
  • Maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor while interacting with customers 

Qualifications: 

  • Age between 18 – 35 years old 
  • Possess at least SPM certificate 
  • Prioritize IT related candidate 
  • Able to understand WELL in Mandarin & English (read, listen, write, & speak) 
  • Able to work on shift rotation (Morning, Noon & Night) 
  • Good attitude and tolerance
