Description:

As a Customer Relationship Management,

you will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency through
calls, emails and live chat.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback and other raising issues related to the company’s
  • Exceeding customer expectations in terms of customer service & accurate

Requirements:

  • Able to communicate in Mandarin and English. Able to read Traditional Mandarin
  • Working Location: Petaling Jaya
  • SPM leavers and fresh graduate who are interested are also encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided.
  • Abilities to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work under rotational shift
