Description: Open for fresh graduates with at least SPM and above.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound inquiries, and feedback and provide resolutions to customers
Assist customers over the phone, email or via chat
Identify customer requirements and ensure they are answered or routed through the appropriate support area
Deliver excellent customer support & services
Able to communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner

Job Details:

Working Location – Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya
Working Days – 5 days per week
Working Hours – 8 working hours + 1 hour break, Shift-based
Salary – Basic + KPI + Shift Allowances (Based on education level, working experiences and language abilities)

Requirements:

Age Group – Between 20 to 35 years old Malaysian
Education – SPM all passed and above (SPM, Foundation, Diploma, Degree etc)
Experiences is not required (Free & Professional training are provided)
Language(s) – Mandarin, English (Cantonese is a PLUS)
