The Role

We are hiring a bilingual Customer Service Representative to support a leading online travel platform. This role suits individuals who are comfortable handling customer enquiries, resolving travel-related issues, and maintaining high service standards in a structured, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle guest enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist guests with reservations, bookings, general enquiries, and service requests
  • Accurately document customer interactions and follow-up actions in internal systems
  • Deliver excellent customer service while meeting established service quality standards
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards in all guest interactions
  • Maintain guest confidentiality and handle personal information in accordance with data privacy requirements

What We Expect from You

  • Education: Minimum SPM qualification. Diploma or higher is an advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required. Experience in customer care, internet, or hospitality is an advantage.
  • Language proficiency: Strong spoken and written Mandarin and English
  • Technical capability: Basic computer literacy with accurate typing during live interactions
  • Shift flexibility: Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts and public holidays
  • Professional qualities: Customer-focused with good listening skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Work ethic: Reliable team player with a strong sense of responsibility
