The Role
This role is ideal for candidates with exposure to airline operations or structured customer service environments. You will support customers across different stages of their travel journey, handling real-time enquiries in a fast-paced, operational setting.
What You’ll Do
- Handle Customer Enquiries:
Manage customer interactions via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate and timely support related to travel and airline services. - Customer Support & Issue Handling:
Respond to enquiries and complaints professionally and empathetically, identifying needs and providing appropriate solutions. - Escalation & Follow-Up:
Escalate complex cases to the relevant team when required and ensure proper follow-up. - Case Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken in internal systems. - Team Collaboration & Learning:
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement activities.

What We Expect from You
- Education: Minimum SPM qualification. Diploma or higher is an advantage.
- Language proficiency: Strong spoken and written English to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
- Industry background: A preference for candidates with an airlines background (e.g., ticketing, baggage handling, or airport ground services).
- Technical expertise: Preferred experience with airlines tools such as Amadeus, GDS, Galileo, or ACON.
- Service experience: Prior experience in Customer Service, whether within an airport environment or a BPO setting, is highly valued.
